Do burns happen when using the machine? - Keep a safe distance (>25CM) from the sprinkler head when using the machine to prevent burns.

Why isn't the steam coming out? - Check the water reservoir for an adequate water level. Ensure the steamer is properly plugged in and turned on. Wait 2-3 minutes and the steam should start to come out. Clean the steam outlet to remove any blockages.

Why is the steam output weak or inconsistent? - Check for mineral deposits or build-up in the steamer. Regular cleaning and descaling of the device is recommended.
